Yoga has been around since 3000 B.C originating is India developed for harmonizing the body, heart and mind. There a six different types of yoga but each has numerous benefits like improving strength, weight loss, stress relief, relaxation, improved concentration, therapy for the mind and body. 

Mrs. Maya started her  yoga journey in 2017 by watching different videos and books and then started taking classes in 2018. She fell in love with the practice for all of listed reasons above and excited for the yogini path. Putting different stretches together in different ways, moving to the music, being physically aware, testing strengths and pushing her own limits.
